We Ship Discreetly
We value your privacy and take discretion seriously, so you can expect everything you order from us to be delivered in plain packaging with no indication of the contents of your order. No auric melodies, energetic vibrations, glowing orbs or other signs of magic will be noticeable outside the box. (Inside the box may be a different story.)
Order Processing and Shipping Times
Orders with the Free Shipping or Flat-Rate Shipping options will be shipped via FedEx Domestic, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Although we cannot guarantee transit time for a number of reasons, shipments typically arrive 2-5 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation.
We do our best to ship in-stock items the same day your order is confirmed, and most orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern will be picked and packed the same day. Your order will be dispatched according to the timetable below.

* Some exceptions apply. Large shipments may need one extra day for packing and handling. Packages may not reach the shipping carrier the same day they leave our fulfillment center. Unexpected occurrences, including goblin attacks, gnome revolts and anything else the Goddess cooks up, may delay your order. If anything is holding your order up for any reason, we'll promptly notify you.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be joyfully ecstatic—over the moon, even—about your experience with us. So our policy is simple: if you're not absolutely, totally and completely satisfied, we'll either take it back or make it right. We'll even pay return shipping. Seriously.
All we ask is that you adhere to the following guidelines when requesting a return:
- You may return new, unused items up to 60 calendar days after delivery.
- Any shortages or damage must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery.
- Authorized returns must be received within 14 days of authorization.
- Photographs of damaged packaging and/or merchandise are always helpful.
- Wholesale purchases and special order items are generally not eligible for return credit.

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued within 7 business days. Most of the time, refunds go back to the original payment method used during checkout. In certain circumstances, such as when items received are not resellable, you may receive store credit instead.
* We can't guarantee that you'll reach someone who is absolutely 100% human. Sometimes we have trouble with minotaurs, gnomes or disembodied spirits beating us to the phone, and although they're totally benign, we can't do much about it without casting a protection spell on the phone lines which is a whole other can of worms.
